Bellagio Resort Room Policies: Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional nightly fee will be added for each guest over double occupancy. Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax. It is the attendee's responsibility to submit a credit card number or a deposit equal to one (1) night's room/suite rate plus tax as a guarantee at the time the reservation is made. The credit or debit card used to reserve your reservation will be required upon check-in. Guests using a debit card in lieu of a credit card acknowledge that unused funds are released upon check-out and may take 3-7 business days for domestic banks. Additional terms may apply. Each year CAALA receives reports of third-party room brokers contacting exhibitors and attendees to offer lower rates for hotel rooms at CAALA VEGAS. Please beware that CAALA has no affiliation with any of these companies and none of them are authorized to contact you on behalf of CAALA or the Bellagio Resort. Bellagio Resort & Casino is the only official host hotel for CAALA VEGAS 2023 and any other offers are not endorsed by CAALA. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or housing agency to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these companies. Those who opt for alternatives to the CAALA room block and negotiated rates at Bellagio may find themselves at risk. Bellagio will not call you about hotel reservations unless you contact them first.
