Brian Kabateck is a nationally recognized and respected consumer attorney, and preeminent leader in the fight to ensure access to the justice system. His dedication to the civil justice system involves extensive trial work, legislative accomplishments working with lawmakers at the state capitol and preparing young lawyers for their legal career as chairman of the board of directors of Loyola Law School. Mr. Kabateck’s has successfully recovered many multi-million dollar verdicts, judgments and settlements on behalf of clients in the areas of personal injury, insurance bad faith, pharmaceutical litigation, wrongful death, class action, mass torts and disaster litigation.
